Use: Used as food additive ,emulsifying agent ,chelated agent,quality improver in the process of foodstuff , to prevent canned fruit change colour ,applied to swelling agent such as  icecream,bread etc, intensify water retention of meat products ,improve taste of noodles products ,keep cheese fresh etc.
