Feature: White crystal or granular, odourless,  Relative density 2.546 g/cm3, soluble in water and its water solution is alkaline, insoluble in alcoholic, corrosive and hygroscopic.

Use: used as emulsifier, Potassium enhancer, soda water for bakery products, flavoring, meat adhere agent, buffering agent, antioxidant enhancer and chelating agent.
